Contact form
When you send a message through the contact form, I receive your name, your email address and your message. I only use them to reply to you and, if we work together, to plan the project. The legal basis is your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and my legitimate interest in answering it (Art. 6(1)(f)). Messages are kept as long as needed for the conversation or project, and invoices and contracts as long as Norwegian accounting law requires. The form is run by Framer, which forwards the message to my business email.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Framer B.V. (Netherlands). When you visit the site, technical data such as your IP address, browser and time of visit are processed so the page can be delivered and kept secure.
Visitor statistics
I use Framer’s built-in statistics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they look at. It works without cookies and doesn’t build profiles of individual visitors.
YouTube videos
The films are hosted on YouTube (Google). The preview images are stored on this website. A video only loads once you click it, and it then plays in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From that point, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Your rights
You can ask what data I have about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Just write to hello@floverfilms.com. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet, www.datatilsynet.no).
